What is a vegan diet?

Veganism is a type of vegetarian diet excluding all animal-derived ingredients and dairy products

What do we use in our products?

Cheeses mostly based on soy, nuts, seeds, root vegetables. Mostly gluten-free, with generally high protein content and often with no cholesterol and much less fat than dairy cheeses.

Mostly based on soy, wheat, pulse, veggie, pea, or quinoa, we propose mock charcuterie like pâté Forestier, foie gras, pepperoni, chorizo;  mock meat dishes like Bolognese, Italian meat balls and others. They all contain much less fat and cholesterol, much more fibbers, vitamins, and minerals than meat for the same amount if not more protein.

We use mostly organic products, no white sugar, only Himalayan rock salt and organic oil at it least, no preservative or conservation agents. We cook all dishes from scratch.

Beyond just food

Most vegans extend the definition of veganism to go beyond just the food. It is) considered a lifestyle where you avoid the use of all personal and household products tested on animals  and using all animal-derived, non-food products, such as leather, fur, silk, and wool.

Further, and in respect of animals right to be free on this earth it advocates no use of service carriage of goods or people for a touristic purpose, entertainment that imply the exploitation of animals like a circus/zoo, horse racing, and betting, trading, breeding, or dissection in school for ‘education’, medical testing on any animal for ‘human medicine progression. Animals are not here to serve us and have their right to have a peaceful life in their natural surrounding as we do. At our level of civilization, we have now all the choices to stop being a predator, let’s make this choice.
