Cancellation and refund
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returned merchandise.
- The company will not issue a refund to anyone who refuses a delivery, or in any way attempts to return a shipment.
- Damage to the product in-transit or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses is out of Karma Koncept's responsibility, so please be sure to double-check the provided details. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.
